I used sheer no show mesh cutaway stabilizer that came in my Embroidex starter kit. While there are certainly many ways to accomplish this goal, I’m sharing the way I chose to do it and what worked for me.
I used 100% cotton T-shirts from JiffyShirts.com, prewashed them and treated with Terial Magic temporary stabilizer before hooping. This helped the fabric not to stretch.

You can get designs / logos digitized for embroidery from many only shops – I found one on Etsy that I am happy with and they charged about $10 per logo (I had 2) – Digitizing With Love
